The Bank reserves to itself the right to add tariffs without preliminary notice
as well as amend them with following notification of its clients by way of putting
up notice in the Bank’s premises. The above-mentioned tariffs are used only
for regular operations. The Bank reserves to itself the right to charge special
or additional commission if execution of operations requires additional work
or when additional claims appear.
For cards issued from MDL or UDS card accounts, fees and commissions charged
are indicated in USD and should be paid in USD or MDL (at the NBM’s exchange
rate at the date of payment).
For cards issued from EURO card accounts, fees and commissions charged are
indicated in EURO and should be paid in EURO.
