The Law defines legal basis of leasing relations’ regulation, objects of leasing, participants of leasing operations, their rights, duties and liabilities. In accordance with Clause 26 of the Law on Financial Institutions, financial leasing is included in the list of financial operations. However, neither it, nor in the Law on Leasing there is a definition of “financial leasing”.
