Normative acts of the National Bank of MoldovaRegulations on order of forming and maintenance obligatory reserves by commercial banks of Republic of Moldova(No.5/08 from 12/26/1995)
In accordance with these Regulations the banks should reserve 15 percent of attracted resources in Molovan lei on daily basis, not less than 13 percent of which should be held on a separate account opened with the NBM’s Payment Center and 2 percent - in local currency in the banks’ cash desks. |
