Normative acts of the National Bank of Moldova

These Regulations stipulate requirements to the deals with affiliated persons of the banks. According to these Regulations in process of crediting commercial banks must establish for affiliated persons the same requirements banks can credit their employees in the following limits:

• Banks’ managers can obtain a credit in accordance with “Rules on transactions with affiliated persons of the commercial bank including crediting”;
• Other employees of the bank:
  1. On urgent needs – in size of not more than 10 monthly tariff salaries on term up to 2 years;
  2. on investments into real estate – not more than 100 monthly tariff salaries on term up to 20 years.

  An interest rate on these credits is settled in accordance with internal regulations approved by the Board of Directors.
