These rules stipulate the order of bank’s granting “large” credits and their limits. According to the rules, “large” credits are those which constitute 10% and more percent of stockholder’s equity. Besides that, net liabilities on credits granted by bank to the one person or the group of related persons should not exceed 30% of bank’s stockholder’s equity. The sum of the all “considerable” credits should not exceed the stockholder’s equity more than five times. Besides that, the sum of ten largest liabilities should not exceed 40% of bank’s credit portfolio.
