Normative acts of the National Bank of MoldovaRegulations on overdue credits(¹130 of 05.15.1998)
These regulations define and establish certain requirements to interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing past-due loans. Past-due loan is defined as a loan which was not repaid within 30 days. Non-interest-bearing past-due loan is defined as a loan which was not repaid within 60 days or which was classified as a doubtful loan. |
