According to the Instructions banks can credit only in hard currencies:
- importers – residents of Moldova to fulfill payments with non-residents
for import (including the import of work and services),
- banks-residents and non-residents,
- other residents of the Republic of Moldova, which are not mentioned in a).
and b). , if the credits to these borrowers are granted in foreign currency
of the Credit Lines, which Moldovan bank has obtained from international foreign
banks.
