Normative acts of the National Bank of MoldovaInstruction on registration and licensing of private external liabilities by the National Bank of Moldova(No.319 of 05.11.1998)
In accordance with this Instruction all credits in foreign currency and guarantees issued under them (credits received on behalf of the Government or the Republic of Moldova, credits issued on behalf of the Government or the Republic of Moldova, credits received from abroad by legal entities of the Republic of Moldova) should be registered by the NBM. For a credit registration the borrower must sent application to the NBM before signing a loan agreement (30 days in advance). |
