Normative acts of the National Bank of Moldova

These regulations regulate clearing in the system of national payments of the Republic of Moldova, determine general principles of organizing the payments and also settle united document’s turnover in the banks.

Clearing is carried out in the Republic of Moldova by means of:

• payment orders,
• accepted payment orders,
• payment request-orders,
• letters of credit,
• checks,
• encashment orders.

The regulations also stipulate the order of drawing up these documents.
