Normative acts of the National Bank of Moldova

Foreign exchange regulations on the territory of the Republic of Moldova settle the order of carrying out the operations in foreign currency on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

Regulations stipulate the order of import and export of banknotes, coins and checks (in national or foreign currency) by residents and non-residents.

Besides that, Regulations determine the order of opening, closing and carrying out the operations on residents’ accounts in foreign currency and also on non-residents’ accounts in national and foreign currency.
