Normative acts of the National Bank of MoldovaInstructions on opening, managing and closing the accounts of juridical persons-residents with the banks abroad(10018-26 of 08.30.1995)
Legal persons – residents of the Republic of Moldova (except banks) can open an account with the bank abroad only in case when they possess the National Bank’s of Moldova authorization. Instructions stipulate the list of documents necessary for getting an authorization, order of payments at the accounts opened abroad, all the reports necessary for presenting in the National Bank of Moldova concerning these accounts etc. |
