"Parents’ Grant“ deposit

Special deposit for parents and their children. Under deposit agreement signed between FinComBank and one of the parents the Bank opens a card account and issues Visa Electron or Cirrus/Maestro debit card to him/her under following conditions:

• Deposit term - 12 months with possibility to extend it;
• Commission for card processing and maintenance in accordance with the Bank’s fees and commissions.
• Minimum deposit to open – MLD 500/USD 50 /EURO 50;
• Irreducible balance – MDL 75/USD 5/EURO 5;
• Free issuing of Visa Electron or Cirrus/Maestro card with possibility of establishing monthly expense limits. Besides, this additional card can be blocked by the parent at any moment. The Bank does not charge for such blocking;
• Card replacement connected with its expiration date and maintenance of principal card during next years – free of charge (not more than 3 cards).
• Interest payment regularity – monthly with capitalization.
